When flushing the main pipe of refrigerant water system, the sewage is not allowed to pass through the coil. The highest point of the coil pipe connection should be equipped with an exhaust device, and the lowest point should be equipped with a water discharge device. 2. The horizontal pipe section and the highest point of the fan coil water system should be equipped with exhaust valve (at present, the coil pipe has manual exhaust valve at the highest point), and the lowest point should be equipped with sewage discharge device. The condensate discharge pipe must have a certain slope to ensure that there is no water in the drip tray. 3. The inlet and outlet pipes shall be equipped with rubber flexible joints, and the supports and hangers shall be provided with vibration avoidance measures to prevent the vibration and noise during the operation of the unit and affect its normal operation. 4. The vertical division of the water system is determined according to the pressure bearing capacity of the fan coil unit and the pipeline, so that the water distribution of each loop is uniform. If the pressure difference is large, the balance valve should be set in the loop. 5. In order to prevent the coil pipe from blocking, water filter should be installed on the water supply pipe of fan coil unit. At present, Y-type water filter is commonly used. 6. The temperature of cold water supply and return of fan coil unit is generally 7-12 ℃, and that of hot water supply and return is generally 50-60 ℃. If possible, the temperature difference between supply and return water can be increased, and the circulating water quality should be clean water after water treatment. 7. The connection between the fan coil unit and the upper and lower water pipes should be metal hose connection, and the air bag must not be formed at the pipe connection, otherwise the water flow will be blocked and the air conditioning effect will be reduced.
