I. close the chilled water inlet and outlet valve of fan coil unit. Open the exhaust valve of fan coil to drain water:
1, exhaust valve water, and from large to small without water, frozen water in and out of the valve in good condition, can continue to do the second step;
2, the exhaust valve does not produce water, it is possible that the exhaust valve is blocked, the chilled water inlet valve can be opened, and the dirt can be discharged by flushing;
3. The water from the exhaust valve keeps coming out. It is possible that the valve is not closed tightly. Tighten the chilled water inlet and outlet valves. After tightening the chilled water inlet and outlet valve, the water still comes out continuously, indicating that the valve is broken.
II. cut the insulation layer of y-type filter, open the screw cover of y-type filter, connect water with a container, and take out the filter screen;
Open the outlet valve of chilled water, use the backwater pressure to backwash the dirt of the cooling coil until clean water flows out, then close the outlet valve, install the cleaned filter screen, and close the screw cover.
III. Open the chilled water inlet valve to exhaust the exhaust valve until water grows out of the exhaust valve, and then tighten the exhaust screw of the exhaust valve to open the chilled water outlet valve.
IV. check the connection points of each valve for leakage.
1, no leakage, immediately restore y filter insulation;
2. If there is leakage, repair or treat the leakage point. And restore the insulation layer of y filter.
V. check the wind situation:
1, check the coil motor, determine whether the motor speed is normal, whether the temperature is normal, the sound is normal;
2. Check and clean the air outlet filter and return air filter to ensure that the filter is clean and ventilated smoothly.
VI. Check the discharge of condensed water. Remove the dirt from the tray, and check whether the outlet of the tray is blocked. Water accumulated in the tray is most likely to produce algae, blocking the outlet and even the outlet pipe. If algae are produced:
1. Be sure to wipe it completely with a rag. If the condensate outlet pipe is blocked by biology, use waste metal to weave the hose and blow it through.
2. The installation of water tray requires the outlet end to be low, which is convenient for drainage. If there is accumulated water, check the height of the water outlet end and adjust it.
